4. Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?

Yes, transaction value limits apply on Shop Pay order purchases.
It is currently between $50 and $3000, including discounts, shipping and taxes, in 4 installments.
5. I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 3-10 business days.
6. Can I use Installments by Shop Pay if I'm an international customer?

Shop Pay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard or American Express (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Shop Pay.
7. How does the payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments automatically deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. Customers get an email reminder before each payment is charged.

After the order is completed, you receive full payment for the order upfront, excluding the fee incurred for using Shop Pay Installments.
